LEAGUE RULES

·   League’s run in an 8-week cycle – with 8 teams. 
·   All invoices for leagues need to be paid BEFORE the 1st match. 
·  Team members must join the correct what’s app league groups.
·  League fixtures will be posted on the what’s app groups the day before the match.
·   If you are unable to play your match the following rules will apply:
·   You will be responsible to arrange a catch-up match with your opponents in an OFF-PEAK TIME (Mon-Thurs between 10:00 and 16:00 & communicate this to the coach/ facilitator to book out the courts for you, OR
·   You may substitute a player for the affected match (each team may  substitute players 2 times during a league, but not on semifinals, or finals) OR 
·   You can play a catch-up game in peak times by booking on Playtomic  – at your own cost – OR
·   You can select to forfeit the match. 
·   Proactive Padel reserves the right to change the format, postpone or
·   cancel the league if the league does not have 8 teams registered to play. 
·   Finals will be played on week 8 with trophy to winning team. 
·   Matching team wear is optional but great for spirit! 
·   Each team must supply a new can of balls for the duration of the league.
