CORPORATE PADEL MEMBERSHIP

Packages are sold p/club and cannot be transferred between clubs.

1.  Playtomic Profile p/club.
2. Corporate must set up 1 Playtomic Profile under the Company’s name.
3. Load club wallet via credit card with the desired amount OR EFT on an invoice and Proactive Padel will load club wallet.
4. Booking process: The Corporate is responsible to allocate one person from their company to handle all bookings on the Company’s Profile on Playtomic.
5. Playtomic cancellation policy will be in place – bookings must be cancelled 24h BEFORE the booking is to commence in order to receive a refund. Club may be contacted for a weather reschedule when it rains.
6. Corporate packages run in a 12-month cycle, from the 1st of a month.
7. Club wallet credit is valid until the last day of the 12th month. Money not spent from the wallet by end of month 12 will be forfeited.
8. After initial package – Corporate may top-up wallet in increments of R5000 and receive value of R5500 during that same year.
9. Event bookings such as team building, year-end functions and parties cannot be booked making use of the Corporate Membership Package.
10. This package does not include bat rental or balls. Bats can be rented at R50 from the club and balls can be purchased from the padel centre.
11. Free entry for 1 team in The Corporate Padel Challenge Tournament held each year.
12. Free entry for 1 team for 1 league per year (league runs in 8-week cycles).
13. This membership is not transferable.
